Job Description


Financial Advisors are given the opportunity to work with, and expand upon, an existing client portfolio while offering our industry-leading financial products and services to enrich our clients' financial future. Training and mentoring are provided with a focus on career growth potential within the company. Financial Advisors will specialize in offering the RESP (Registered Education Savings Plan) to Canadian families to help them better prepare for their children’s education and future.


Today the demand for financial advice is increasing. With new development of complex investment products & more competitive product options available, client’s reliance on the expertise of financial advisors to help make  informed decisions is increasing. Clients continue to prefer holistic financial advice & more fulsome face-to-face interaction when making investment decisions.

  • Helping Canadian families to secure government grants for Education.
  • Financial Advisors will specialize in offering the RESP (Registered Education Savings Plan) to Canadian families to help them better prepare for their children’s education and future.
  • Prospect new business: identify new & untapped client bases
  • Develop a plan to connect with potential clients, build new referral sources & generate referrals from existing clients
  • Understand & analyze client’s financial & their kid’s education goals. Develop appropriate financial planning strategy.
  • Analyze information on financial products & market trends to be able to provide informed advice on product best suited to individual client needs.
  • Maintaining a book of business by continually nurturing existing client relationships



  • 1-2 years of work experience in client relationships and client services
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Results oriented with proven records
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Relationship oriented career focus
  • University degree or college degree in Economics or Finance preferred
  • IFIC, CSC, or LLQP license an asset



  • Must be able to work at least 25 hours per week
  • Must be legally able to work in Canada
  • Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license and personal transportation
