Digital Marketing Manager


As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies with an emphasis on driving traffic to the corporate website, online conversation, retention and loyalty and brand recognition.


You will be a leader across a wide range of disciplines including; Digital Marketing, Social Media, Analytics, Corporate Communications, Campaigns, Public Relations and Events. To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in the financial industry and will have the leadership skills to directly manage our Marketing Department and small team of skilled marketing professionals. This is a hands on roll and requires a high level contributor and team player!


Core Responsibilities will include but not limited to:


  • Reporting and analysis of online traffic and leads which generate to sales;
  • Develop marketing plan and communications strategy;
  • Work with multiple budgets, third party vendors, big ticket projects and financial prioritization/optimization;
  • Deploy marketing campaigns across multiple channels;
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for online contests, campaigns and social media content schedule;
  • Oversee marketing function for the entire organization and directly supervise marketing team members, coaching, training and mentoring;
  • Work with IT Department on various projects and maintaining company website and landing page;
  • Guide the design of web banners, promotions, advertisements, brochures and other communication and media materials;
  • Work closely with senior managers and executive team to ensure marketing strategy is aligned with company goals;
  • Keep company information up to date on various platforms and print material while in compliance with regulatory guidelines;
  • Support the sales team and lead generation, and recruitment initiatives;
  • Coordinate company functions and catered events, booking venues and entertainment
  • Responsible for ensuring print materials are ordered and always in supply for sales team
  • Work with travel agencies to coordinate travel arrangements for sales team conferences
  • Manage the response to social media comments and company reviews

You will bring:

  • Excellent working knowledge and proven success with brand building and brand management, communications strategy and planning;
  • Proven track record of great marketing and media judgment, demonstrated creative instinct and the courage to do the unexpected to achieve results;
  • Ability to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, in which strong leadership and collaboration will facilitate a transformation;
  • Self–starter with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, able to influence multiple internal & external stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes



  • Financial industry experience is a must;
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive marketing and communications in an environment involving multiple stakeholders;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience leading a team of professionals;
  • Experience working with various social media platforms is a must have;
  • Post-Secondary education or equivalent experience, preferably in business/marketing;
  • Bilingual French is an asset
